It is the active ingredient in this highly effective, penetrating concrete silane impregnation protective agent. It offers excellent permeability and waterproofing properties. Its unique small-molecule structure provides exceptional penetration capability, enabling it to penetrate the substrate and form a durable, water-repellent three-dimensional silicone resin network structure.

It serves as a construction waterproofing agent and protective coating, forming a hydrophobic layer on substrate surfaces to effectively prevent water penetration, UV degradation, and acid/alkali corrosion, thereby extending building service life.
It functions as a surface treatment agent for inorganic fillers, enhancing dispersion and compatibility within plastics, rubbers, and resins.
Its functions as a pigment dispersant, imparting superior dispersion properties to treated pigments.
